You've been looking forward to your renfo session on Jingle Bells? We've got just what you need!

December means Christmas, and we couldn't pass up the opportunity to help you keep up the pace! Following on from our previous article on 15 reasons to keep exercising in winter (to be found at here), we thought a special Christmas playlist was in order to brighten up your sessions.

And because we don't do things by halves, we've put together a selection for each phase of your training: from warm-up to cool-down, including the exertion phase (no, you can't escape!).

Each phase is relative to a certain bpm* level, so there's no excuse not to keep up the pace!

And if that doesn't motivate you, we give up.
