December means Christmas, and of course we couldn't miss the opportunity to help you keep the pace! After our previous article on the 15 reasons to keep on working out in winter (to be found at here), we thought a special Christmas playlist was in order to brighten up your sessions.
And because we don't do things by halves, we've put together a selection for each phase of your training: from the warm-up to the cool-down, including the effort phase (no, you won't escape!).
Each phase is relative to a certain bpm* level, so you have no excuse for not keeping up!
And if you are still not motivated, we give up.
So get out your headphones, your earphones, your walkmans or your speakers... And have a good session!
