Colors of Mexico: Kilian Bron's latest video project unveiled

In March 2021, Kilian Bron went to Mexico and rode on many spots in this Central American country. From the still active volcanoes to the colorful streets, discover "Colors of Mexico".

A true mountain bike globetrotter, Kilian Bron takes us on his latest video project in Mexico (to be discovered at the bottom of the article). The Private Sport Shop ambassador went to this Central American country in March 2021, accompanied by Pierre Henni, director, videographer and editor, Pierre Dupont, FPV drone expert, and Benjamin Durand, production assistant and local of the stage.

After " Our Tour de France " shot in France and " Follow The Light "Kilian Bron has now flown to Mexico for a new short film and book entitled "Colors of Mexico". The 29 year old rider arrived in the middle of the dry season in a country that offered him and his team a palette of new colors and a range of possibilities, to ride to the extreme on all types of terrain and capture it all in pictures.

"Through our videos, we artistically showcase unusual places where I am lucky enough to ride," explains the Commencal rider. "My daily life is simply to ride my bike in the middle of nowhere. And it all makes sense when the public discovers the other side of the story, when we share all that we can experience when we travel to the four corners of the world."

In this 4'30'' video, Kilian Bron makes us discover the richness of the country through a multitude of spots that follow one another at a steady pace. With original music by Léo Lunel and Perrine Le Guennec, "Colors of Mexico" goes from the colourful facades of the houses of Guanajuato to the high volcanoes of Popocatepetl (5,300 metres above sea level) and Colima, crossing agave fields and pine forests, on the old funicular line at Barranca De Huentican and along the Pacific coast.

"You can't sum up a trip by simply visiting places," adds Kilian. "Most of our memories are moments shared with the local population. We had the chance to meet great people and that's what made the biggest impression on us in Mexico! No matter the circumstances, we were welcomed and helped in the best way."

Alongside the film, the French driver and his team have also published a photo book. An intimate account tinged with humour, transcribing in a hundred pages the backstage of the organization. The book recounts the anecdotes and happy surprises he had to deal with. But above all, Kilian Bron tells how finding his true passion can transform a life.
