As part of its eco-responsibility and circular economy approach, Lafuma has been offering repair services for damaged products for several months now. The Millet Mountain Group brand found in an impact study carried out last spring that repairing and extending the life of a product reduced its environmental impact by 44%. It didn't take long for Lafuma to implement this measure, which is now offered to its customers.
In concrete terms, the two-year warranty on all Lafuma products remains the same, and continues to cover anomalies, manufacturing defects and abnormal wear and tear. As for the free lifetime repair, this covers what is known as "normal" wear and tear of a product and the hazards of normal use that can damage a jacket, pants or down jacket (tears, scratches, holes...).
