To encourage you to move more, Private Sport Shop has created the Shaka-llenge 300 on Strava ! The objective is simple: to accumulate 300 minutes of physical activity in 4 weeks, i.e. about 2h30 per weekas recommended by the WHO.
Whatever your sport of choice - running, cycling, hiking, fitness - every effort counts. The important thing is to move regularly, to surpass yourself and to share this motivation with the community.
