You won't want to be the only one who can't finish the blue run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reason 2<\/strong> : Because winter = raclettes, fondues, raclettes, fondues. And raclettes. It is therefore essential to have a good conscience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reason 3<\/strong>&nbsp;: This year's Christmas dinner is going to last another 3 days. Nothing like it for a maximum productivity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reason 9<\/strong>&nbsp;To avoid starting over at the beginning of January and not wait to make your new resolutions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reason 10<\/strong> You have 10 more Strava challenges to complete, so get moving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reason 11<\/strong> To test your new shoes shopped at -70% on Private Sport Shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reason 12<\/strong>&nbsp;It's even nicer to curl up under a blanket and watch your favorite show after a good session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reason 13<\/strong>&nbsp;: Because doing sports at night means experiencing new sensations. What's more, everyone's asleep, so even if you cough up your lungs, no one will laugh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reason 14<\/strong> : It's harder to start over than to continue. CQFD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reason 15<\/strong>&nbsp;: Because you're going to come out of the winter with your batteries fully charged! Exercising in cold weather boosts your immune system, increases your white blood cell count and prevents you from catching all those nasty winter viruses.
