Maxime Sorel is one of the few sailors to have circumnavigated the globe and reached the summit of Mount Everest! For him, the horizon never stops! After completing his first solo, unassisted circumnavigation of the globe during the Vendée Globes 2020, the Breton has set himself a new challenge: climbing Everest. A sporting and solidarity challenge, alongside the association Vaincre la mucoviscidose, before setting sail again for a new Vendée Globe next November.
